Hours: Part Time, 6am to 6pm MST (variable, need specific)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform duties related to updating customer account information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Review requests from customers to update account information
* Enter data into FinancePro
* Code and file documents
* Follow company and department policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to handle FinancePro functions, and other computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Must be well-organized
* Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime, when necessary
* Must be able to work well with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
