Regional Manager – Job Description

Capital Premium Financing, LLC has been in business for more than 30 years and is a leader in service in the premium finance loan industry. We are looking for Regional Sales Managers to join our team of professionals in a fun and fast-paced environment. Our Regional Sales Managers will work independently and be part of a dedicated group of individuals to build a network of lasting relationships with retail and general insurance agencies.

Responsibilities

Drive sales through visits, calls and web meetings with local retail and general insurance agencies in assigned territory
Manage existing and new insurance agency relationships
Attend insurance trade shows, golf outings, and industry events to build and maintain relationships
Maintain and update customer account database based on customer interactions
Establish genuine friendships and relationships of trust to help facilitate ongoing business
Identify and assess agency needs in order to maintain business and propel growth

Experience:

· Insurance Industry experience & existing network with retail agents and general agencies within defined territory preferred
