As Capital has grown over the last 30 years, one important thing I have learned is that you’re
only as good as your team. Every person that has worked at Capital has served a very important
purpose. We each have our unique strengths and weaknesses and we use those strengths to help each
other. Like any team we are all individuals, but our strength comes when we work together towards
