Has the policy been reinstated?
Only the insurance company can reinstate insurance coverage
Payments on an account do not automatically reinstate coverage
To verify if the policy was reinstated, please contact your agent directly
I cancelled my policy, why am I still getting bills?
If the policy cancels the account remains active until the loan is paid in full
Capital will contact your agent and/or the insurance company to obtain cancellation information
Capital will apply any return premium received toward the unpaid loan balance
You will continue to receive bills and other notifications on your account until the loan is paid in full
My policy cancelled with less than two loan payments made, why wasn’t my down payment returned?
The insurance company calculates the return premium
Your policy may include minimum earned provisions, which lowers the return premium amount
